Gear Up 2 play (gu2p) is a non-profit organization that provides used and new sports equipment to kids, teams, schools, leagues, and communities in need. These services ensures that children are able to join sports activities without the financial burden of equipment cost or high registration fees.
The GU2P initiatives has the following key features:
- Allows kids, teams, schools, and sports organization to request used or new sports equipment
- Allows kids, teams, schools, and sports organization to locate a local “certified equipment repository center”
- Enable donors to locate drop off equipment sites to local “certified equipment repository center”
- Allows kids and parents to connect with local certified teams, after school programs, and sports organization offering discount services.
